NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The regularly
scheduled May 14 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting
and continued Berlin Farms Public Hearing has been
rescheduled to May 21.
On May 21 the agenda is to have a 7:30
PM Sawyer Hill LLC discussion
and at 8 PM the continued Berlin
Farms Public Hearing.
This change in dates is in response to
the Special Town Meeting
being called on May 14, 2008
Zoning Board of Appeals – April
9, 2008, at 8:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning
Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing
in the Municipal
Office Building, 23 Linden Street, on April 9, 2008, at 8:00
P.M.
The Board
will act on the applications of Jennifer Cermak of 1 Peabody
Street,
North Reading, Massachusetts.
The
applicant seeks a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval in order
to conduct
a “full service animal wellness center” at
her property at 200 Central Street (Berlin Farms).
The
existing structure would be used without enlarging the footprint.
The
applicant relies on Section 320 of the Berlin Zoning By-law which
allows
Veterinary and Dog Kennel use in the Agricultural Residential
District, providing a
Special Permit and Site Plan Approval are
obtained.
All
person interested should plan to attend or be represented at
the hearing.
